Sean Edwards has managed SCA projects since 2001, covering multifamily housing, new construction, moderate and substantial rehabilitation, retail, medical, and office buildings, and tenant improvements. He carries each project from programming and design through contract documents, construction, and post-completion review, and leads workflow and quality control across the firm’s deliverables.
He sizes SCA’s project teams to each job and coordinates every outside consultant, including engineers, landscape architects, planners, and interior designers. In the field he handles site observation, change orders, requisition reviews, and punch lists, so owners have one steady point of contact from start to finish.
His notable work includes the Tiger Inn renovation and addition in Princeton and the Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center laboratories in Doylestown. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
