Biography
Mark leads design-build delivery for SCA, bringing more than 40 years in construction across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
He connects owners, developers, and builders with our design team early, so pricing, constructability, and schedule shape the drawings from the start rather than after the fact. That early collaboration keeps projects within budget and moving toward construction without costly redesign.
Mark also leads business development for SCA and the Konstruct platform. He studied at Penn State University.
