Biography
Josephine oversees financial strategy, accounting, and operations across the Konstruct platform, which includes Steven S. Cohen, Architect, PC and Konstruct Engineering. She brings more than 30 years of financial leadership experience, including roles as chief financial officer and controller.
At SCA she manages the firm’s finances end to end, from billing and collections to cash flow, reporting, and the financial systems that keep every project on budget. Her work gives the principals a clear, current view of the business so they can plan staffing, pursue new work, and make decisions with confidence.
Josephine holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pace University.
