Since joining the firm in 2001, Sean has specializes in overseeing diverse architectural projects, including multi-family residential, new construction, substantial rehabilitation, retail/commercial, medical, and office buildings. His role covers all project phases, from design and contract documentation to construction management and post-completion review.
Sean leads teams and coordinates with external consultants, including engineers and interior designers. Sean holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. His notable projects include the Tiger Inn Renovation in Princeton, NJ, and Pennsylvania Biotech Laboratories in Doylestown, PA.

Diane LeBon is a skilled project manager with a diverse portfolio that includes the renovation and new construction of office, retail, multi-family, residential, medical, educational and technical facilities. She has experience in every project phase, from inception to completion, and is dedicated to creating spaces that are both functional and visually appealing, satisfying the requirements of various stakeholders.
Diane pursued Graphic Arts at MCCC, obtaining an Associate Degree, and later returned to study Architecture. She achieved her Bachelor of Architecture Degree at Drexel University through their evening program, balancing full-time work and home renovation. Her passion for green building, environmental concerns, and sustainable design led her to become LEED certified.

Since 2011, Meredith has resided in Princeton, NJ serving the firm as Office Manager. Along with managing the day-to-day office operations, she directly supports the President and Founder of the Company, handles accounts payable & receivable, maintains the Firm’s Architecture and Engineering licensure, prepares all Owner/Architect Agreements, and prepares drawings for delivery/pickup.
In her spare time, Meredith is a painter. She is a BFA graduate of Mason Gross at Rutgers University. Her work is Home to Five Painting and Sculpture Installations within the Neo-Natal, Women’s Ambulatory, Pediatric Neuroscience Center, and the Radiology wings of St. Peter's Medical Center in New Brunswick, NJ.
